In order to access the exhibition “Banksy ANDy Warhol” at the Palazzo della Cultura, from 20 November 2021 you must show your Green Pass together with a valid identity document, in accordance with government regulations for all Italian places of culture. These provisions do not apply to children under the age of 12 or to persons with specific medical certification.
ATTENTION: without the Green Pass and a valid document it will not be possible to enter the museum and the ticket purchased will not be refunded.
The Green Certification COVID-19 – EU digital COVID is a digital and printable certification (in paper format), which contains a two-dimensional barcode (QR Code) and a qualified electronic seal.
The certification attests to one of the following conditions
having had the COVID-19 vaccination (in Italy it is issued both at the first dose and on completion of the vaccination cycle)
being negative to a rapid molecular or hygiene test within the last 48 hours being cured of COVID-19 within the last six months.
In order to prove each of these conditions, it is necessary to obtain Green Pass certification to be shown on entry. More information on how to obtain a Green Pass can be found at www.dgc.gov.it (http://www.dgc.gov.it/).
The anti-Covid safety regulations remain in force: a temperature measurement is required for admission and a mask must be worn. The halls have a limited capacity with respect for the safety of visitors.

It is compulsory to wear a mask for the duration of the visit and to maintain an appropriate distance.
Visits to the BANKSY ANDy WARHOL exhibition are conducted in total security, with entrances being limited to 15-minute intervals.
When purchasing your ticket, you must select your preferred time from those available. Tickets purchased cannot be changed or cancelled.
On the day of your visit, you must keep to the time stated on the email confirming your ticket purchase (e.g. if you book for 10.00 a.m., you must be at the Palazzo della Cultura no later than 10.00 a.m.). Beyond the confirmed time slot it is not possible to access the Exhibition and in this case you will not be entitled to a refund.
Groups and Guided Tours: For guided tours, reservations are required by sending an email to visiteguidate[at]warholbanksy.com.
Visitors are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Punctuality is recommended. Once the group has started its tour, it will not be possible to participate in the guided tour if they are late. The ticket will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Large luggage (suitcases, bags, backpacks) is not allowed into the exhibition.
Each visitor will have their body temperature checked using suitable thermometric equipment. This check is compulsory. All visitors with a body temperature of 37.5° C or higher will be refused entry.
A distance of more than 1 metre between people must be maintained in all areas of the Palazzo della Cultura. It is advisable to carefully follow the health and safety rules for everyone.
All visitors must read the access rules carefully before their visit and observe them throughout their stay in the Palais de la Culture.
